Skyline of Jatujak market
Some ice cold glass jelly with brown coconut sugar along the way
The weather was nice and cooling, with a heavy mess of thunder clouds hanging pretty much fragile above us. And the nice weather actually promoted us to splurge on so many purchases inthe rather run-down alley styled market. I was the one who started the ball rolling, getting a long-sleve work shirt for ard 200 baht. This shirt was the tip of the ice berg for both of us. At the end of the day, I got myself a total of 5 shirts, while KK got himself 7 shirts, a back pac and 2 nest of orchids! The wild shopping ended in heavy rain as we cut thru the heavy droplets to Mo Chit Station.
Back at the hotel, we 'enjoyed' a free dinner buffet provided by the hotel. It was rather bland and simple, nothing really special, which means rather dissappointing for the both of us expecting it to be something really nice. From there, we ventured out for some night walking, visiting Sukumvit area and Pratumam area.
A chic chill out bar in the Sukumvit area
After the long walk, we headed back to our room where we had our bottle of Tequila. It was my chance to get a feeling of getting totally drunk, and I did, whilst breaking a glass.. The night ended with lotsa crazy laughters from the both of us.
Cheers to getting drunk!!
Needless to say, we missed breakfast again the next morning.
