CNY cake

My 2nd cake of the year was an innovation. Mandrain Orange Sponge Cake layers with Mandrain Orange Mousse and Red Bean Mousse. The look of it wasnt tat tantalising at all, in fact it looked rather yucky. But the cool and tangy taste of the cake was well received by my colleagues.
The ingredients were delibrately choosen for the festive CNY theme... Ornage and Red. haha.. Looks like I need to improve on the decorative aspects of my cake the next time round!
